The present Petition under Section 115 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the petitioners challenging the Order dated 08.08.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge-04, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide which, the Application under VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed by the petitioners-revisionists has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
