% 23.12.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application under section 340 Cr.P.C. before the Trial Court whereby the trial has been concluded in case SC No.1677/2016 in FIR No.605/2007 registered at Police Station Badarpur.

Permission is granted with liberty as prayed for. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. The pending applications stand disposed of.
