% 10.01.2020 This petition has been filed inter-alia seeking a direction against the respondent no.2, Directorate General of Civil Aviation to grant permission for sending the rifle for repairs and receiving it back. The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the permission to send the rifle for repairs had been granted on 19.11.2019 and by a communication dated 26.12.2019, the permission to bring the rifle back to India has also been granted. In view of the same, the prayer-a made in the petition stands satisfied.

Prayer-b of the petition seeks a direction to the respondent no.3 to compensate the petitioner. As this would be a matter of private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no.3, the same has to be agitated in form of an appropriate proceeding.

The present petition is disposed of recording the above. Dasti.
