This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 20.03.2024 in view of the settlement deed dated 07.05.2024 filed by the judgment debtor.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Abhishek Anand, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the decree-holder and has no objection.

For the said reasons, the order dated 20.03.2024 is modified and amount of Rs. 6,00,00,000/- as agreed in the settlement shall be paid by the judgment-debtor.

With these directions, the direction of remitting of Rs. 8,37,22,627/- in the order dated 20.03.2024 is modified.
