First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') read with Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Bail in FIR No. 580/2019 under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6/21 (1) of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Nand Nagri.
