Mr. Atul, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent stated that the pending dispute between the petitioner and the respondent, subject matter of the present petition has been settled vide Surrender Deed dated 23.08.2024.

The counsel for the respondent stated that the Surrender Deed dated 23.08.2024 has already been filed but the same is not placed on record. 3.

The counsel for the respondent undertakes to pursue with the Registry so that the Surrender Deed dated 23.08.2024 be placed on record. 4.

The petitioner who is present in person stated that the petitioner and the respondent have settled their disputes vide Surrender Deed dated 23.08.2024 and the petitioner shall be handing over the vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent on or before 10.11.2024. The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 5.
