This petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia praying for her attachment/posting at Regional Recruitment Centre (in short, 'RRC'), Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi.

The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the said prayer of the petitioner has been acceded to and her attachment with RRC Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi has been continued for a period of six months.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, prays for time to seek instructions.

In our view, the present petition is liable to be disposed of on the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved, it shall be open to the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition by moving an appropriate application.
