% 28.04.2017 The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties may be referred for Mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre (DHMCC).

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties that they are willing to resolve the disputes amicably, it is directed that parties/representatives of the parties shall appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC) on 8th May, 2017 at 3:30 PM. The parties shall endeavour to resolve the disputes within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. It is seen that the value of the petition is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, therefore, the same is transferred to the
