The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 07.11.2019, rejecting the petitioner's application for modification of the order dated 26.07.2019, whereby the petitioner's application for being released on furlough was granted. The petitioner has sought modification of the condition for providing one surety and the same was rejected by the order dated 07.11.2019.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has, thereafter, already availed of the furlough. 3.

In view of the above, the petitioner's grievance does not survive. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
