By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 119/2025 dated 28.03.2025, registered at Police Station R.K. Puram under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

Vide order dated 20.05.2026, the following was recorded: "Mr. Satish Aggarwala, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, as far as the petitioner is aware, the FSL report has been received.

The only relief therefore sought by the petitioner in this petition is that the final report be filed before the concerned Court expeditiously.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is requested to take instructions.

Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that the Forensic Science Laboratory ["FSL"] report has since been received and analysed. He further states, upon instructions received from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, that the final report shall be filed before the concerned Court within a period not exceeding six weeks. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, and since no further orders are sought by Mr. Satish Aggarwala, learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, stands disposed of, with the rights and contentions of the parties left open to be urged before the learned Trial Court.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and the same shall be considered by the appropriate Court, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
