After making certain submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that, since the Principal District and Sessions Judge, North-West District, Rohini Courts, by impugned order dated 20th July, 2024, has only remanded the matter for fresh arguments on the issue of charge, he would like to withdraw the instant petition, reserving all his rights and contentions to be raised before the Trial Court at the stage of arguments on the point of charge.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The pending applications are also disposed of.

It is clarified that the Court has not commented on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
