After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present Petition. 7.
The Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. All pending Applications stand closed.

It is, however, clarified that the Petitioner is permitted to take all objection raised before this Court, before the Trial Court during his defence. 9.
All the rights and contentions of both the parties are left open to be agitated before the learned Trial Court.
