Mr. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.12.2023, the counsel for the respondent NHAI had furnished the demarcation report. He submits that in view of the demarcation report, the present writ petition will have to be necessarily amended accordingly.

In view of that, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.

In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty so sought, granted.
