The present Petition under Articles 226 and 21 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following prayer: - "a. Issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order and directed to the Delhi Police to Register FIR against the accused persons and protect the life and liberty of the petitioners." 2.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the NCR has already been recorded on the complaint made by the petitioner. 3.

Submissions heard.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that despite the complaint made to the DCP, no FIR is being registered on his complaint. 5.

in accordance with law for registration of FIR. 6.

Insofar as the protection of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner shall disclose his permanent address to the concerned SHO, and the concerned SHO is directed to share his mobile number as well as of the Beat Constable to provide requisite security to ensure the safety of the petitioner. 7.

In view of above, no further directions are warranted in the present petition and the same is hereby disposed of.
