It is noted that on 16th February, 2025, this Court has already disposed of the instant writ petition, with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

The Court has been informed that the charges have not yet been framed. In this regard, Ms. Priyam Agarwal, counsel for State submits that this delay is due to the fact that the Complainant had filed two protest petitions against the chargesheet, which resulted in filing of a supplementary chargesheets.

In light of the foregoing, in the opinion of this Court, the directions issued on the previous date for an expeditious trial are sufficient and no further directions are required in this regard. 8.
The application is disposed of.
