% 16.01.2026 CM APPL. 2784/2026 (seeking direction for release of the settlement amount) 1.

This application has been filed seeking release of the amount of Rs. 3,25,000/- along with accrued interest, in equal shares in favour of Mr. Aasharam Rajak and Mrs. Sangeeta Rajak, respondent no.1 and 2, respectively.

The release of money was already directed by order dated 18th December 2025, when the appeal was disposed of based on settlement between the parties.

However, there was no direction as far as apportionment between respondent no.1 and 2, therefore, the said application seeking clarification The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. both on the apportionment as well as for putting the correct names on record.

Respondents have already filed the Aadhar Card along with the said application.

The application is allowed and it is directed that 50% of amount be release in favour of Mr. Aasharam Rajak and 50% be released in favour of Mrs. Sangeeta Rajak along with accrued interest (if any). 6.

Compliance of same be done within two weeks from today. 7.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
