The instant petition under Article 225 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks quashing of FIR No. 315/2022 under Sections 498A/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at P.S. Karawal Nagar. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioners, states that a settlement has been reached between the Petitioners and the Complainant, and accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of FIR on consent terms.
