Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that though he has stated a ground in para no. 9 of his petition that he wants parole for the purpose of filing Special Leave Petition (SLP), this ground was not mentioned in the application filed before the competent authority. Therefore, let petitioner file afresh application before the competent authority and the competent authority will decide the same within two weeks under intimation to the petitioner, and will also consider his petition as representation. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 3.
