% 12.03.2020 While none appears for the petitioner, ld. counsel for the respondent submits that in pursuance of the directions given by the Court on 27.12.2019, the petitioner appeared in the examination held for recruitment to the post of Research Officer (Homoeopathy) and on declaration of results, he has not found place in the merit list. In his submissions therefore, the petition becomes infructuous anyway.

In view of the submissions made, the petition stands disposed off having become infructuous.
