This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six months.

Disputes having arisen between the parties, three member Arbitral Tribunal was constituted to adjudicate the disputes. Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal was extended from time to time by this Court and lastly vide order dated 19.07.2024 in OMP (MISC) (COMM) 537/2024 by a period of one year which has expired on 18.07.2025. It is stated that parties have concluded their arguments and award has been reserved for pronouncement O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 569/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. on 13.05.2025. In this backdrop, extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is sought by a period of six months. 3.
Issue notice.

Mr. Shashank Bhargava, Executive Engineer, NH Division PWD, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 06 months from 19.07.2025. 6.
Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
