This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal. 2.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to a project for 'Design, Engineering, Modification, Manufacture, Supply, Civil/Structural Design, Erection & Commissioning for capacity expansion of Bokajan Cement Factory (Assam) to 1200 TPD (Tonnes Per Day) from its existing capacity of 600 TPD to 1200 TPD on turnkey basis', an Arbitral Tribunal was constituted to adjudicate the disputes. Mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was lastly extended by this Court for six months w.e.f. 25.01.2025 vide order dated 07.02.2025 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 130/2025. It is stated in the petition that arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 570/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. arguments and thus mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 26.07.2025, the same be extended by 09 months. 3.

Issue notice.

Mr. Amish Tandon, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 5.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 09 months from 27.07.2025. 6.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
