This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 25-B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control, 1958 seeks the following prayers: - "(i) To accept the present appeal;

(ii) To summon the record pertaining to Eviction Petition No. RC ARC 252/2020 titled "Lacho Devi Vs. Nisar Ahmed Khan" from the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Rupinder Singh Dhiman, ARC-01, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, peruse the same and set aside the impugned eviction Judgment & Order dt.12.03.2025 passed by the Ld. ARC (Central), Delhi.

(iii) To dismiss the eviction petition bearing No. RC ARC 252/2020 titled "Lacho Devi Vs. Nisar Ahmed Khan" filed by the respondent herein against the revisionist.

(iv) Award the cost of the proceedings in favour of the revisionist and against the respondent.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing, i.e., 13.04.2026, as well.

On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the possession of the subject premises had been taken over by the latter before the learned Execution Court. 6.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
