Learned counsel for the parties submit that the present petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner will vacate and hand over the subject premises to the respondents on or before 03.03.2027. In fact, an affidavit to that effect has also been filed by the petitioner which is on record.

Accordingly, in view of the terms recorded in the affidavit of compliance filed by the petitioner on 14.08.2025, the present petition is disposed of.

Needless to say, the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions mentioned therein.

Accordingly, the present petition alongwith the pending application stands disposed of.
