The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "(a) Issue Writ of Mandamus or Any Other Suitable Writ, Order or Direction to the Respondent No. 2 To Decide the Petitioner's Application for Change of Name As "Sardar Patel Pg College" In Time Bound manner;

(b) Writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to the respondent no.2 to refund the amount of rs. 177000/- submitted by the petitioner mistakenly through demand draft no. 127 dated 17.01.2025 for the purpose of change of name in time bound manner."

On the last date, Mr.

Hardik Rupal, learned counsel for respondent/NCTE had prayed for time to seek instructions as regards change of name of the petitioner ("Sardar Patel PG College").
