The parties were vide order dated 27th April, 2017 referred to the Mediation Cell of this Court.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Ms. Monica Kapoor, Advocate / Mediator and the Settlement Agreement dated 11th July, 2017 signed by the parties as well as their counsels and the Mediator has been received.

The counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has vacated the premises from which she was ordered to be evicted and seeks to withdraw the petition.

The counsel for the respondent confirms receipt of possession. 5.

The counsel for the petitioner also states that she has received the amounts in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 6.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

7.

Needless to state the interim order dated 20th February, 2017 is vacated.
