We have heard respective counsels for the parties. 2.

In the background of the Vending Certificate (produced at Annexure P-3), petitioner contends that he has a right to vend at a particular place. He has prayed for issuance of directions to respondents, thereby for restraining them from illegally harassing and obstructing the petitioner. 3.

Upon a perusal of the Vending Certificate, it can be inferred that petitioner has not been provided a particular place for vending. 4.

In such an eventuality, it is not possible for us to grant the relief claimed in the petition, thereby to issue a restraint order against the respondents.

However, it is clarified that if petitioner vends in accordance with the valid Vending Certificate, we see no reason as to why the respondents should initiate any action against petitioner. 6.
