Ms.
Renu Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/NCTE submits that the petitioner is a recognized institution and necessary instructions have been issued to the IT Department of the respondent for updating the name of the petitioner in the list of recognized institutions for running B.Ed course.

She, on instructions, submits that the needful shall be done within a period of one week from today. Let needful be done as undertaken. 3.
In view of the above statement of Ms. Gupta, Mr. Chandra Shekhar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that no further orders are called for.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 5.

He submits that a common order was passed in the above-mentioned batch matters, however, inadvertently this matter [W.P.(C) 10963/2025], which is not a part of the batch matters, has also been shown as part of the said batch. This position is not disputed by Ms. Renu Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/NCTE.

Accordingly, the title of the present case shall be deemed to have been deleted from the order dated 28.07.2025 passed in batch matters with lead matter being W.P.(C) 10876/2025 titled as Mata Gujri Khalsha T T College & Anr. v. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr. 8.
