% 09.01.2018 The counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in person, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition he reserving his right to instead approach the Civil Court by a civil suit on the basis of his title for the relief of possession and recovery of mesne profits since the respondents have denied the relationship of landlord and tenant between the parties and also question the title of the petitioner and his predecessor-in-interest in the suit premises. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
