The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondent / Bureau of Immigration be directed to disclose the status of any restriction of the foreign travel imposed by any law enforcement authority or agency on the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent / Bureau of Immigration submits that LOCs have been opened against the petitioners. 3.

The LOC/s against the petitioner in W.P.(C) 10988/2025 have been opened at the behest of:

The LOC/s against the petitioner in W.P.(C) 10991/2025 have been opened at the behest of:

It is also submitted that in case the petitioner seeks to obtain any further orders with regard to the aforesaid LOCs, it would be the Bombay High Court which would have the jurisdiction in this regard since the cause of action has largely arisen within the jurisdiction of the said Court. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while acceding that the above redresses the limited grievance canvassed in these petitions, reserves the right to avail appropriate remedies against the aforesaid LOCs, in accordance with law.
