O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the non-consideration of his representation dated 17th April, 2023, and the reminder/ follow-up dated 12th February, 2025.

Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents, on advance notice, has handed over a chart to this Court to show that the petitioner has filed many petitions and complaints against the department officials. 3.

He submits that there were similar representations earlier as well and those representations were decided and disposed of by way of detailed speaking orders.

separate representations and are completely different from the representations which have already been decided by the department. 5.

Be that as it may, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if the representations dated 17th April, 2023 and 12th February, 2025 are considered by the department.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has also drawn the attention of this Court to certain documents which the petitioner seeks from the respondents.

As far as the documents which the petitioner has prayed/sought for from the department are concerned, the petitioner has liberty to seek those documents under the Right to Information Act, 2005 ("RTI Act"). 8.

With regard to representations dated 17th April, 2023 and 12th February, 2025 pending with the department, it is directed that the representations shall be decided by the department expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months, from today.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of New Delhi Municipal Council ("NDMC") in not deciding the representations within the stipulated time, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail his remedies, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is disposed of.
