% 10.02.2017 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21st January, 2010 passed by respondent No.3-Estate Officer-IV, DDA, wherein petitioner has been asked to pay damages of Rs.34,90,145/- for using the premises bearing Ghat No.13, Kudsia Ghat, Bela Road, near ISBT, Delhi. Since the order in question is an appealable order, the present writ petition and applications are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal along with an application for condonation of delay against the impugned order in accordance with law.
