This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, for the following reliefs:- "i.

Direct the Respondent to dispose of the application dated 23.06.2025 filed by the petitioner, in an expeditious manner; ii.

Pass such other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the favour of the Petitioner and in the interest of justice."

The petitioner's application dated 20.06.2025 relates to allotment of an alternative plot to her, in lieu of plot allotted to her in Khasra No. 106/227 in the Revenue Estate of Village Khera Kalan, Delhi. 3.

The matter was passed over at first call to enable Mr. Lalltaksh Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent, who appeared on advance instructions, to take instructions as to the time within which the petitioner's applications can be disposed of. petitioner is not present at second call. However, Mr. Joshi has been instructed that the respondent requires six months' time to carry out the necessary survey, and take a final decision on allotment of an alternative plot.

For the present, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondents to dispose of the application within a period of six months from today, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, stands disposed of with these directions.
