This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the Respondent to accept remaining amount towards bid of property No. 5/45, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi and to issue possession letter to conclude bid and removal of encroachment, electric pole and transformer from the adjoining plot. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, after canvassing some arguments seeks to withdraw this writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application.
