This is a petition seeking directions to the Commissioner of Police to initiate investigation into the petitioner's complaint dated 30.12.2024 at PS Cyber Cell and 14.02.2025 at PS Wazirabad regarding, a Cyber fraud amounting to Rs. 9,34,318/- allegedly committed by individuals posing as employees of Rao Research Centre.

The Ld. Counsel submits that despite filing multiple complaints with cyber cell and police station Wazirabad, the petitioner received no relief. 3.

The Ld. ASC appearing for the State submits that the cyber cell has found no criminality and has, therefore, filed the complaint. In view of the above said statement, Mr. Harpreet Kalsi, Ld. Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to resort appropriate legal remedies.
