Present Writ Petition is preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order and/or direction in the nature of Habeas corpus and/or any other appropriate Writ, Order and/or direction in the like nature thereby directing the respondent nos. l to 3 to produce the detenue female child namely ABCD aged about nine years, Daughter of the Petitioner herein before this Hon'ble Court and to secure her freedom from illegal detention and confinement. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before appropriate forum.
