Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that a letter has already been written for closing of the LOC through mail, the copy of the mail is taken on record. Therefore, no formal permission is required for travel as had been sought by the Applicant.

The Status Report has been filed wherein it is submitted that the Applicant is a suspect and the investigations are still going on. 3.

In view of the fact that the investigations are still going on, no quashing of FIR can be done at this stage.

The Petition alongwith pending Applications, is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court as and when the circumstances arise.
