This is a petition filed on behalf of petitioner for release of petitioner on first spell of furlough for a period of three weeks in case FIR No. 330/2009 under Sections 302/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Ashok Vihar.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that application for furlough was filed on 14.05.2025, but no decision has been taken on the application till date.

Learned ASC under instructions submits that decision on the application would be taken within two weeks.
