% 21.03.2017 In view of and in terms of the judgement dated 20th March, 2017 in W.P. (C) No.1504/2015, Delhi Subordinate Service and Selection Board & Anr. Vs. Richa Gupta, the petitioner's case for appointment to the post of Assistant Librarian (Post Code 163/07) under Advertisement No. 07/2007 would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

We accordingly set aside the impugned order dated 26th September, 2014, dismissing OA No. 3641/2013, and also the review order dated 23rd November, 2015, passed in RA No.235/2014. The

OA will be treated as allowed to the limited extent indicated above. It is clarified that the petitioner cannot claim appointment under Post Code 017/07 as he was not eligible to apply under the said Post Code, for he had acquired bachelors degree in Library Science on 31st August, 2007, which was post the last date of submission of the application for the Post Code 017/07. This position is accepted by the counsel for the petitioner.
