The instant application under Section 483 of the of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" hereinafter) (earlier Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeking withdrawal of the captioned bail application. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submitted that since the evidence has already been completed, he wishes to file fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above submission advanced on behalf of the applicant and for the sufficient cause being shown in the application, the same is allowed.
