The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 85/2021 dated 25.03.2021, registered at Police Station GTB Enclave for offences under Sections 186/353/332/307/ 224/225/482/392/397/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.

Even though the role of the applicant at this stage appears to be similar to the co-accused Ritik@ Rinku who has been admitted on bail, the serious antecedents of the applicant does not entitle him to any relief at this stage. Nominal roll indicates that the applicant, on earlier occasions, has been involved in multiple cases. The applicant is stated to be in judicial custody in these FIRs:- FIR NO.

The offences alleged against the applicant in these FIRs are serious in nature.

Eyewitnesses are yet to be examined in the present case. 5.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that all efforts would be made to ensure that the eyewitnesses are examined expeditiously and no unwarranted adjournments would be taken.

Considering the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present application at this stage. The applicant is, however, at liberty to file a fresh application after the eyewitnesses are examined.
