The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in FIR No.318/2023 dated 26.05.2023, registered at Police Station Ashok Vihar for offences punishable under Sections 307/34 IPC. 2.

Material on record reveals that the injured eye witness has been examined partly and is yet to be examined fully. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach the Competent Court for grant of bail after the examination of the injured eye witness will be over.
