% 19.08.2016 The prayer made in the petition is to issue an NOC and register the sale deed in respect of immovable property as mentioned in the writ petition situated in the revenue estate of Village Rajokri, Delhi. Counsel for respondents no. 2 and 3 has brought to the notice of this Court that earlier also similar prayers seeking similar relief by the petitioners had been filed which has been dismissed. Details are contained in para 6 of the writ petition. Additionally, counsel for the respondents submits that an appeal against this order may lie under section 6 of the Delhi Land (Restrictions on Transfer) Act, 1972 and this remedy is available to the petitioner.

This Court notes this submission and disposes of this petition

giving permission to the petitioner to seek his right of appeal. Respondent will not object on the aspect of limitation. Petition disposed of.
