The matter has been taken up today as lastly when it was taken up on 28.11.2024, it was directed to be fixed for 31.05.2025 which happened to be a Saturday.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the interregnum, there is substantial development. It is submitted that there were other matters between the parties and in connection with one Writ Petition (criminal) and Bail Application, the matters were referred to SAMADHAN (Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre) by this Court and under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, all the disputes have been amicably resolved.

It is submitted that a copy of such settlement has already been laid before the concerned Court and pursuant thereto, the respondent herein has already been granted bail.

He submits that in terms of abovesaid settlement, the petitioner, at the moment, is not interested in pursuing with her present petition and does not press the same. It is, however, submitted that liberty may be granted to her to CM(M) 3162/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

revive the proceedings in case, the respondent backs out from the terms of settlement.

A copy of the settlement agreement dated 26.05.2025 has also been shown during course of the arguments.

However, in view of the abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 9.
