The issue concerns compliance of order dated 30th May 2023 in which directions have been given that FIR No.148/1991 be supplied to the petitioner.

Subsequently, it has been noted in order dated 18th September 2024 that petitioner has been acquitted in FIR No.148/1991 registered at PS Tilak Marg, under Sections 420/468/471 IPC. The challenge by the UOI to that acquittal order has also been dismissed by judgment in Crl. Rev. P. No.31/2012 by judgment dated 8th January 2019. 3.

Considering that only UOI has been arrayed as a respondent in these proceedings, for this purpose Court Notice be issued to the Standing Counsel (Criminal) for the State (GNCTD) to take instructions with respect to the FIR in question and the documents appended to the same. 5.
