% 09.08.2017 IA No.8804/2017 has been moved jointly by the parties on the ground that matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi vide a settlement agreement dated 04.11.2016.

The settlement agreement has been filed on record. The disputes have been settled in terms of clause 6 of the settlement agreement.

Learned counsel for parties submit that both the parties have undertaken to adhere to the terms and conditions of settlement agreement dated 04.11.2016 and shall be bound by it. Accordingly, the suit of the plaintiff is decreed in terms of clause No.6 of the settlement agreement dated 04.11.2016, which

shall form part of the decree. As the matter has been settled through mediation, the plaintiffs shall be entitled to refund of Court Fees per Section 16A of the Court Fees Act. The pending applications also stand disposed of.

Decree Sheet be drawn accordingly.
