The instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking extension of interim bail of three weeks granted by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2024.

Medical documents filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner be taken on record.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently, it has been mentioned in the application that the petitioner is to surrender on 25.04.2024 whereas it was the date of the order vide which the petitioner was granted interim bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner now states that pursuant to the above order passed on 25.04.2024, the petitioner could be released only on 04.05.2024. It is further stated that the petitioner has undergone various tests on 08.05.2024 and 11.05.2024 and the next date of surgery is fixed for 12.06.2024.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances and the fact that the surgery is now fixed for 12.06.2024, the interim bail granted to the petitioner Rajnish @ Bantu is extended till 30.06.2024 on the same terms and conditions contained in the order dated 24.05.2024. 8.

The application is disposed of.
