In view of the report received from Principal District & Sessions Judge (HQs), Delhi wherein it is stated that a regular department inquiry against Mr. Santosh Kumar, Ahlmad (EC-13654) of Mr. Raghubir Singh, the then ASJ-02 (North-East), Karkardooma Court, Delhi under Rule 29 of Delhi District Courts Establishment Rules (Appointment & Conditions of Service), Rules 2012 has been initiated.
