Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present petition was originally filed seeking reinstatement. However, since the Petitioner has relocated to Canada and has been residing there for the past two years, she is not inclined to pursue the present proceedings any further and, accordingly, has instructed that the petition be withdrawn. Her limited request at this stage is confined to a direction to the Respondent to issue an experience certificate for the period during which she was employed with the Respondent.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent to issue an experience certificate to the Petitioner for the period of her employment. All other claims are treated as not pressed, and the petition is disposed of accordingly.
