The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI), (Coal Block Cases)-01, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi, in CBI Case No.39 of 2024.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been discharged by the learned trial court. Therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

The above position is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-CBI.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
