Present suit is filed by the Plaintiff against Defendants No. 1 to 3 for recovery of Rs.1 crore along with interest.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of amicable settlement, where they have settled all inter se disputes and Settlement Agreement 13.02.2025 has been executed, incorporating the terms of settlement, which is placed on record. 3.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, suit is decreed in terms of the settlement incorporated in the Settlement Agreement dated 13.02.2025, which shall form part of the decree and the terms incorporated therein shall bind the parties thereto. 5.
